Can you tell me what this is exactly?
Athletes can apply to a 4 week online coaching program. The program is flexible for the athlete to improve their nutrition habits at their own pace with professional support.
Students get access to a website that has an orientation area, a sports nutrition advancement area, and a community area similar to facebook but 100% off of public social media.
The program is called a School because the athlete can unlock the next level of learning by graduating from the previous level.
Students always start with access to Level 1 (free initial access is available even before applying to the 4P Sports Nutrition School). Once the student graduates from Level 1 content which we call “The Quest”, they unlock Level 2 content.
And, here is where this program shines. Students in the School who are “stuck” in Level 1 recieve added accountability and support to graduate and move on to Level 2.
How much time does it take?
Sports nutrition is something we automatically HAVE TO work on every day (at least 3 to 4 times per day as athletes). It is funny to think that athletes are worried about spending time on sports nutrition when they have probably been wasting time NOT knowing what they are doing for many years.
However, I get that adding up the hours in the day and inserting scheduled events in advance is a must when the sports season is in full force.
This program runs in 4 week spurts.
Every 4 weeks should require the athlete to spend 2 to 3 hours total to keep up with Live sessions and communications. All Live sessions are recorded and segmented into smaller bite-sized segments for easy listening.
Keeping up during a 4 week blitz is very doable and will give the athlete back TIME, MOTIVATION, and ENERGY in their day to become a more efficient and powerful athlete!

How much does it cost?
Compared to private sports nutrition consulting (which is normally $90 to $500 for one session) this program is an true steal at $29 for 4 weeks of access to professional support. And for those of you who know you ARE ready to have this access and commit during your application process you get your access for $19 for 4 weeks of access 😲!
Keeping professional level access is the goal. Pearle's mission is to allow all athletes of every means to be able to access TOP LEVEL professional sports nutrition consulting – not just Pro athletes, wealthy families, and Olympians.
Pearle also understands that some families will still benefit from a break due to financial difficulties. She provides 1 scholarship for every 10 enrollments in the Sports Nutrition School.
By enrolling you are essentially SPONSORING an athlete who needs this and can't pay at this time.
You can decide to enroll simply to sponsor another athlete.
If you are looking for sponsorship there is a simple, completely anonymous place, for you to check off you would like our support. The scholarships are on a first come, first served basis and I hope to be able to offer scholarships to all those who need one.
OUR COMMUNITY IS GROWING, JOIN US!
Last August we started eating properly and joined the program called Eat This for Performance which helped us chose proper foods to help all of us. This program taught us when to eat and what to eat to help the kids with their sports. This was not putting my kids on a diet in any way shape or form they had full plates of food each meal. For X he dropped 30 lbs and his body changed so much. For D he gained a bit more weight and S just healthier eating cane for him but with a bit more resistance than his brothers but hey he is also 6 and things will change for him when he gets older. As we started this all my kids benefited from this program and not only got healthier but gained the knowledge of what eating properly can do to fuel our bodies for the sports they play.
My son – who plays baseball and is on the small side, said just yesterday “I feel stronger mom”. He is a freshman in high school, playing for the high school baseball team at 5 foot 2 inches. Most all of his teammates are over 6 foot tall. He’s almost 2 years younger than many of his teammates as well, so he has plenty of time to grow still but we are working on his confidence though eating right to help him cover the gap. It made me smile knowing we are doing everything we can to give him an edge on his much larger teammates who are not taking care of their bodies. He’s learning a lot and he’s seeing results.
