**Exactly 1 month after a training session is recorded it is removed from the members area to be republished as an individual course. You may request access to every course as a valued member.

The next session will be held April 6th and we will send you the recipes in advance. This is a great way to build up those food prep skills – or at least laugh at our skills as we are NOT professional chefs!

Every week in your Champions membership you are walked through a superfood or an advanced sports nutrition topic on a live call. Here you can jump on with us on the zoom program and even video with us. These sessions are available to watch for 1 month following the live session.
