It's performance time and now is when you need to be at peak energy. Rather than turning to prepackaged gels, why not make your own three ingredient shot of energy and make this delicious tangy tropical energy gel.  No fillers, preservatives or hidden ingredients.  Just 100% pure boost for peak performance.  Take some a few minutes before your activity and during as well if you need a quick lift!  

Ingredients

  • 200 ml. orange and mango juice (Kiju type, no sugar added)

  • 1 tsp honey

  • 1 tsp agar-agar

Directions

  • Pour the juice and honey in a small saucepan.
  • Sprinkle the agar-agar and whip.
  • Bring to boil while whipping.
  • Place in the fridge for one hour to let the gel set.
  • Cut the gel into cubes and transfer into a narrow but high container.
  • Mix with a hand blender until it reaches a smooth consistency.
  • Transfer to a container of your choice and keep refrigerated until use.
