Gelatin Gummies | Energizing Snack to Build Collagen
EAT 1-2 HOURS BEFORE TRAINING OR COMPETITION
It's 1-2 hours until you train or compete and this is the time to be eating an energizing snack like the 4P Gelatin Gummies. Not only is it a super easy recipe that is delicious, it has energizers to make sure your muscles are ready to train or compete hard!
LET'S GET COOKING!
(per 8 serving)
1/2 C Gelatin
3 C Vitamin C Rich Juice
8 tsp honey
Bring juice and sugar to a boil.
Add the hot juice to the gelatin and whisk until dissolve
Pour gelatin mixture into molds or an 8” square pan
Place in the fridge to set (about 1 hour)
Cut into 8 pieces
Eat one piece 30-60 minutes before training
