INGREDIENTS

 (per 4 servings)

5 bosc or bartlett pears ⠀

1 1/2 tsp minced thyme

1 tsp ground cinnamon

Juice of 1/2 lemon

INSTRUCTIONS

Peel, core and cut the pear in chunks.

In a medium size pan add all the ingredients.

Cook until soft.

Mix with a hand blender until it reaches a smooth consistency.

Transfer to a container of your choice and keep refrigerated until use.
