It's performance time and now is when you need to be at peak energy. Rather than turning to commercial purees, why not make your own four ingredient shot of energy and make this delicious pear puree.  No fillers, preservatives or hidden ingredients.  Just 100% pure boost for peak performance.  Take some a few minutes before your activity and during as well if you need a quick lift!  

Ingredients

  • 5 bosc or bartlett pears

  • 1 1/2 tsp thyme, chopped

  • 1 tsp ground cinnamon

  • 1/2 lemon, juice

Directions

  • Peel, core and cut the pear in chunks.
  • In a medium pan over low heat, add all the ingredients, and cook until soft.
  • Mix with a hand blender until it reaches a smooth consistency.
  • Transfer to the container of your choice and keep refrigerated.
