YOUR MISSION IS OUR MISSION

Here at Eat This for Performance we support you to advance in sports nutrition learning and eating.

There are 4 missions available, but Mission 1 is where everyone begins….

MISSION 1: THE COMPETITOR'S QUEST

HOW TO COMPLETE MISSION 1

Mission 1 is where everyone begins. Learn how to complete Mission 1 at a slow and steady pace 🐢 (you will win the race) or a faster pace 🐇 (for eager bunnies).

There are 35 short videos (between 5-7 minutes long) totalling 2 hours and 40 minutes. There are associated exercises to reinforce knowledge learned. Mission 1 is sectioned into days and skills. No matter what pace you go, aim to complete Mission 1 within 2 months so you can move on to you next rewarding Mission!

Athletes 13+

Teen uses their own account to track their mission.

SCHEDULE

🐢 Watch 5 videos each Sunday for 7 weeks. 30 minutes / week. 🐇 Watch the videos daily for 2 weeks. 20 minutes / day.

Family with Athletes U13

Family uses the same account. Everyone watch at together (even the youngest).

SCHEDULE

🐢 Watch 5 videos each weekday for 7 weeks. 10 minutes / day. 🐇 Watch the videos by section each weekday for 3 weeks. 20 minutes / day.

Coaches & Teams

Coaches and athletes use separate accounts and complete their missions as individuals.

SCHEDULE

🐢 Complete 1 skill every 2 weeks. 20-30 minutes per week. 🐇 Complete 1 skill per week. 45-60 minutes per week.

Non-Athlete

Your Mission 1 success is very important and will set you up to support any non-believers to join in the fun.

SCHEDULE

🐢 Watch 1 to 2 videos each day for 3 weeks. 10 minutes / day. 🐇 Watch the entire course in 3 one-hour sittings. Block 3 times in your calendar in 2 weeks.

Champions Missions X, C, and M

When your time in Level 1 comes to an end you come here to take on the next rewarding mission. The 3 missions, X, C, and M are carefully constructed to make Eating for Performance simple and easy.

MISSION X: FINISH THE CHAMPION'S HOUSE

Enter Level 2, The Champion's House, and complete a sports nutrition education of dreams. Complete all video content and prove your new skills to reach the highest level of access.
