Here at Eat This for Performance we support you to advance in sports nutrition learning and eating.
There are 4 missions available, but Mission 1 is where everyone begins….
MISSION 1: THE COMPETITOR'S QUEST
HOW TO COMPLETE MISSION 1
Mission 1 is where everyone begins. Mission 1 graduates can join our community of high performers who care that what they put in their body impacts them AND their entire community.
When you complete Mission 1 you will be eligible to take on Mission M (Map Your Community) and be a part of the United Performance Eaters community for life.
Mission 1 will also open up other helpful missions to give you the complete Eat This for Performance experience:
Schedule Your Successful Mission 1:
Choose a path to complete Mission 1 at a slow and steady pace (you will win the race) or a faster pace
(for eager bunnies). Depending on your age and who are you can approach Mission 1 differently… see Mission 1 schedules below for ideas!
THE TIME DEETS: When you take on Mission 1 YOURSELF… There are 35 short videos (between 5-7 minutes long) totalling 2 hours and 40 minutes. There are associated exercises to reinforce knowledge learned. Mission 1 is sectioned into days and skills. No matter what pace you go, aim to complete Mission 1 within 2 months so you can move on to you next rewarding Mission!
When you take on Mission 1 led by a pro in a live event the path will look different. Reach out to us to let us know what you would like Mission 1 to look like for you or your group!

After successfully completing Mission 1 you can access to the United Performance Eaters community for life and you are eligible to take on Mission M.

Only our Mission 1 grads have access to these awesome missions, so make sure you are well on your way to finishing Mission 1. Missions X & C are carefully constructed to make Eating for Performance simple and easy. We understand you need to maximize time and energy and get a great result. When you complete Mission X and Mission C you are considered a 4P Champion and will earn the highest level of Pin on the United Performance Eaters Map.
