EAT 3-4 HOURS BEFORE ACTIVITY 

Performance meals are designed to be equivalent in energy, muscle building capacity, and general digestibility. Of course, you will need to experiment and eat 1 portion of a meal and adjust to your needs. Usually the part of the meal you need to adjust is the energy type and quantity.
